Gondola for Business FAQs

Is there a free trial?

You can create a free Gondola profile, import and credit posts, and access the Explore page for free.

You have to have a paid subscription to use the Starter and Teams plan features.

 

What is a user?

A user is someone with a license to access your Gondola for Business account. Managers have access as an account admin, and Members have access as an account user.

Can I add additional users?

Yes. If you want to add more than 3 users to your Starter account, it is an additional $29/user/month.

If you want to add more than 10 users to your Teams account, it is an additional $59/user/month.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Changes will be prorated accordingly.

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay by credit card for monthly and annual Start and Teams plans. You can pay by invoice for Enterprise plans.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

What kind of support is included in my plan?

All plans include email support. The Enterprise plan also offers priority support with faster response times, and dedicated account managers.
